Litigation Fee Earner - HYBRID

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Fee Earner to join their busy and growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable individual with civil litigation experience to develop their career in a supportive, professional environment.

You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from start to finish, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver clear, practical legal advice.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of general civil litigation files

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements

• Attending court hearings and negotiating settlements where appropriate

• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service

• Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements

We are seeking someone with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage files independently.

You will have:

• Experience as a Litigation Fee Earner, Legal Executive, or Solicitor

• A solid understanding of civil litigation procedures

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
