Our client is an established estate agency with a presence in the East Midlands for over 30 years. They specialise in residential and commercial sales as well as lettings. With offices across the region, including Newark, Bingham, Mansfield, Radcliffe on Trent, and Southwell, they have earned recognition as 2019 Award Winning Estate Agents

The Role: Lettings NegotiatorAs a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the bridge between landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Property Viewings: Showcase properties to potential tenants, highlighting their unique features.
  • Tenant Liaison: Assist tenants throughout the letting process, from application to move-in.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Create compelling property listings and promote available rentals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Secure favourable terms for both landlords and tenants.
  • Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, contracts, and tenancy agreements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in Lettings or Estate Agency
  • People Skills: You’re a natural communicator who can build rapport with clients.
  • Local Knowledge: Understanding of the East Midlands property market is a plus.
  • Driven and Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaboration is key; you’ll work closely with our dynamic team.

Hours of work:

Hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am - 1pm
