The Role: Lettings NegotiatorAs a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the bridge between landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Property Viewings: Showcase properties to potential tenants, highlighting their unique features.
- Tenant Liaison: Assist tenants throughout the letting process, from application to move-in.
- Marketing and Advertising: Create compelling property listings and promote available rentals.
- Negotiation Skills: Secure favourable terms for both landlords and tenants.
- Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, contracts, and tenancy agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in Lettings or Estate Agency
- People Skills: You’re a natural communicator who can build rapport with clients.
- Local Knowledge: Understanding of the East Midlands property market is a plus.
- Driven and Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key; you’ll work closely with our dynamic team.
