Management Accountant - Permanent - up to £50,000 - Spalding
Looking for a driven individual to develop their career further looking for a Management Accountant, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making in our dynamic logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the operational teams to analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize performance
- Assist with Month Financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management
- Lead the management accounting function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Qualified or Part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA (study support provided) or QBE
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skill
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
