Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a vital role in keeping their financial operations running smoothly and efficiently.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Accurately process all purchase invoices and credit notes.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure correct project cost allocations.
  • Keep supplier records up to date and reconcile supplier statements regularly.
  • Proactively chase missing invoices and resolve supplier queries with confidence.
  • Prepare staff expenses and credit card receipts for timely payment.
  • Answer incoming calls and maintain a well-organised filing system.
  • Support the Managing Director with ad hoc financial information as needed.
