Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers? They're looking for a proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk to become a key part of the finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a vital role in keeping their financial operations running smoothly and efficiently.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:- Accurately process all purchase invoices and credit notes.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure correct project cost allocations.
- Keep supplier records up to date and reconcile supplier statements regularly.
- Proactively chase missing invoices and resolve supplier queries with confidence.
- Prepare staff expenses and credit card receipts for timely payment.
- Answer incoming calls and maintain a well-organised filing system.
- Support the Managing Director with ad hoc financial information as needed.
- Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or similar finance role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Sage 50 software.
