Position: Multiskilled maintenance engineer
Location: Spalding
Salary: £40,(Apply online only) - £45,(Apply online only)
Hours: Monday – Friday (NIGHTS)
Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a well-established manufacturer. Due to an expansion in the business, they are looking to welcome a skilled multiskilled engineer to their site based in Spalding.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems promptly.
- Collaborate with teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document maintenance activities accurately and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Flexible for 2 - 2 - 3-night shift pattern.
