A Production Maestro wanted for a pioneering Food Manufacturing company, paving the way to what good looks like!

I'm working with a leading player in their industry and have an opportunity that will give fantastic exposure and responsibility, with the aim to help push the company to the next steps in their big growth plans.

With accountability for the day-to-day operation as well as supporting and executing a continuous improvement plan, you will need to be someone who can multitask well and delegate where necessary. Previous experience at this level and working within the FMCG/Food industry is a must, as you will need to hit the ground running.

As the Production Shift Manager, you'll be the conductor of our manufacturing orchestra, overseeing the production processes with finesse and flair. Your role is more than just managing shifts; it's about orchestrating a seamless blend of efficiency, quality, and teamwork. If you are applying to this role, I'm assuming you will have bags of experience within Production Management, improving sites and driving performances.
