Sphere is currently looking to recruit a Responsive Maintenance Supervisor for a successful, long-standing contractor in Cornwall to manage and maintain all reactive works on large portfolio of properties across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all Trades staff.
- Ensure work is carried out to timescales and quality and standards are always being met
- Liaise with contractors, clients and owners, resolving any issues/complaints.
- Carry out inspections before and after work is undergone.
Key Requirements
- NVQ Qualification or equivalent in a relevant building trade
- Good understanding of Asbestos health and safety regulations
- On rota for emergency call-outs
- Previous management/supervisor experience in a similar role.
- Understanding and knowledge of multiple trade disciplines
- Excellent rapport-building and customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of IT systems and software
- Hold Valid Driving license and access to own vehicle

- Salary paying up to 38k
- 27 days holiday plus bank holidays
