Assistant Management Accountant - Basic £30K - £35K + Disc Bonus and Benefits.

A successful and high quality Financial Planning business is looking for an additional Assistant Management Accountant to join their team.

The key focus will be to provide accounts based support to the business as part of a fully developed Accounts team. Role duties include responsibility for maintaining financial records, including assisting with financial reporting and payroll.

  • Produce management accounts with month end and year-end adjustments.
  • Prepare information for the auditors, including year-end accounts audit file preparation.
  • Understand forecasting and budgeting - and identify ways to cut costs/make savings.
  • Complete VAT Returns.
  • Complete Payroll processing.

You will need to be highly motivated and be able to work pro actively and autonomously. Strong maths and computer skills - Proficiency in Sage accounts, Sage payroll and Microsoft (Word & Excel) will be required.

Relevant Accounts experience is required.
