Job Title: Client Services Administrator Salary: £26,000 - £28,000    Location: St Albans Contract: Permanent, Full Time   Hours: 37.5 hours per week   - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm     Are you a proactive and client-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their clients receive an exceptional service.   SKILLS REQUIRED ·Proven experience within an administrator-based role. ·Experience working within Financial Services. ·Knowledge and understanding of Investment and Bond Products. . ·Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. ·Excellent customer service skills. ·Highly organised.   RESPONSIBILITIES ·Provide a personalised service to clients from initial inquiry to resolution, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. ·Act as the primary point of contact for Independent Financial Advisers. ·Assist the Administration Manager in effectively managing the account, contributing to smooth operations and client satisfaction. ·Process various client requests including new business input, change of address, valuations, and more, ensuring accurate and timely responses. ·Follow departmental procedures and practices to provide clients with a consistently high level of service in line with agreed quality standards. ·Work towards agreed objectives as part of the performance appraisal process, striving for continuous improvement. ·Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements such as Data Protection, Money laundering, and FSA rules.   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ·Holiday allowance: 20 days + bank holidays ·Pension contribution ·Life Assurance ·Onsite parking     Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
