They are seeking a self-motivated, hardworking facilities assistant to join their team to   If you have a positive attitude and you are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we have the perfect job for you!   SKILLS REQUIRED   ·IT Literate ·Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills ·Ability to work on your own initiative ·Service-oriented and willing to go above and beyond for clients ·Flexible and proactive ·Excellent communication skills ·Ability to work well under pressure   RESPONSIBILITIES   ·Ensuring stock levels are checked and replenished ·Act as the initial point of contact for faulty refreshment equipment and liaise with engineers ·Assisting with the daily receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail and deliveries ·Ensuring the cleanliness of the building ·Manage the meetings, room set up/layout changes and car park management ·Log all cheques as well as maintaining a detailed log of all checks deposited each day ·Reception cover as and when required ·Monitor the inbox on a regular basis and promptly answer to general enquiries     Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
