We are currently working with a market leading Main Contractor with a turnover of c. 600m who are looking to engage with an experienced Building Services Manager for pre-construction activities across multiple live and upcomiing projects.
You will be based out of their St. Albans office working on a data centres, life sciences and industrial schemes across the UK. You will be responsible for delivering technical preconstruction processes from an M&E perspective then handing over to the delivery teams.
The company in question are growing and have expanded nationwide making them one of the top main contractors in the country. This is a chance to get a foot in the door with an established contractor who have an order book stretching to 2032.
