Mane are looking for an experiened A/C Engineer to work on PPM maintenance and reactive emergency contract throughout London, home counties, Surrey and Sussex, attending railway stations, Depots and other buildings.

Salary 40-45k
Training provided as required.
Working Hours: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday.
One week in four on call out covering out of hours emergencies. Additional hours may need to be worked depending on workload. There may be a requirement for occasional weekend working all paid as overtime.
Duties:
- Carry out PPM, Remedial and Reactive works, and complete worksheets, in a timely manner to meet the client's needs
- Fault find and diagnose issues, reporting on what is required to rectify issues
- Occasional installation of AC systems may be required
- Working with CAFM live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA
- Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired reports if necessary
- Participate in the callout rota to cover all reactive faults Monday to Friday 1730 until 0830 and all weekend from Friday 1730 to 0830 Monday Morning.
- Attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager
Required / Skills:
- City and Guilds NVQ level 2 Air conditioning and refrigeration - F-Gas Cat 1
- Knowledge/experience of AC manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy, Toshiba, Fujitsu
- Familiar with SFG20 the industry standard for AC maintenance
- PTS qualified desirable
- Full UK drivers' licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office
