SKILLS REQUIRED
·Experience as a HR Manager
·CIPD (desirable)
·Line management experience
·A Collaborative approach
·Excellent communication skills over the phone and email
·Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel
·Organised and efficient
·Sympathetic and understanding
·Literacy and grammar skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Overseeing the HR Officer to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
·Collaborating with the Head of People to develop an HR data
·Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and internal movements.
·Ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with pension legislation.
·Supporting performance management to develop employees'
·Overseeing the HR Officer to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
·Conduct exit interviews for leavers and regularly review HR processes
·Coordinate the full trainee lifecycle with the Training Partner
·Assist the Head of People with annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and benefits administration
·Conduct return-to-work interviews, report on absence patterns, and collaborate on training needs analysis and in-house training development.
