Interaction Recruiment are seeking a Warehouse Team leader for our client

Our Client is Europe’s leading digital signage manufacturer, and as a business we provide Digital Signage and AV mounting solutions across range of vertical markets via our channel partners.

As a  Warehouse Team Lead you will be reporting  into the Director of Operations and the successful applicant will work closely with our internal sales and purchasing teams.

As the Warehouse Team Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work and maximising productivity within the warehouse.

You will be responsible for the supervision of 2 Warehouse operatives who will look to you for guidance. You must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated with a flexible can-do attitude.

This is a hands on role in a sometimes-challenging environment where excellent communication skills together with a can-do attitude are required to succeed. KEY TASKS Assist with the planning and control of warehouse operations.

• Be the first point of contact for warehouse staff.

• Assist with organising, picking and despatch of all customer orders.

• Liaise with transport companies to ensure collections and deliveries conform to customer requirements.

• Record all stock movements via the computer system.

• Work with management to ensure service levels are maintained.

• Assist with keeping and maintaining all warehouse documentation.

• Assist with the organisation and implementation of cycle counts.

• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly warehouse.

• To ensure maintenance of warehouse machinery

• To comply with the company’s health and safety policies SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

• Forklift truck licence (essential) Flexi preferred.
