Join a fast-paced, family-run company and be part of an exciting journey!Responsibilities:* Update the company website with new products and enhance existing ones.* Enhance Amazon listings and content.* Collaborate with internal teams to manage the social media and email calendar.* Regularly post engaging content on social channels and to email subscribers.* Utilize Google Analytics to improve the user experience.* Provide support on technical website issues and propose enhancements.Skills & Qualifications:* Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience in retail or similar field.* Proficiency in Ecommerce CMS, Magento experience a plus.* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.* Strong copywriting and editing skills.* Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO principles.* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 apps.* Analytical mindset focused on driving commercial outcomes.* Proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative.* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.* Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently.Job Specifics & Benefits:* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm (No weekends or Bank Holidays).* Office based in St Albans with free car parking.* 25% colleague discount* 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).* Contributory pension scheme and end-of-month work socials.If you're ready to take your e-commerce career to the next level and thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment, apply now.
