A 2 branch Independent Pharmacy owner is seeking a new Pharmacist Manager, must be GPHC Registered with a minimum of 3 years experience as they have a pre registration student from July 2024.This Rebourn branch is currently working at an average of 8,000 items per month doing Pharmacy First and Travel Vaccination Services.

Key Duties

  • Leadership and Management: As a manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy is crucial. This involves managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. It also includes handling administrative duties such as scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff training.

  • Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, ordering medications and supplies, and overseeing stock rotation are important aspects of the role. This helps ensure that the pharmacy has an adequate supply of medications while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is a priority. This involves addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that customers receive accurate information about their medications.
  • Medication Therapy Management: Pharmacists play a crucial role in medication therapy management, including counseling patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions with other medications.
