?? Key Responsibilities-
Rota Coordination: Create and manage weekly and monthly staff rotas to ensure full shift coverage

Compliance Management: Maintain up-to-date records for DBS checks, Right to Work, licences, certifications and training

Expiry Tracking: Proactively monitor renewal dates and follow up with staff to prevent lapses

Onboarding Support: Ensure new hires meet all regulatory and internal compliance standards before starting

Commercial Insight: Analyse staffing patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and highlight potential gaps

Communication: Keep the team informed of rota changes, compliance requirements, and audit preparations

Audit & Review: Prepare and organise documentation for internal and external compliance audits

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with scheduling/HR systems (PARiM or similar) is a bonus
