Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their market-leading acoustic engineering consultancy. The company has been operating for over 50 years and specialise in designing, manufacturing, and installing noise and vibration control equipment.

Requirements

  • NVQ or degree in relevant subjects, SMSTS/IOSH training, and CSCS Manager Card
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in M&E/HVAC sectors is desirable
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight
  • Full UK Driving Licence and Passport

Duties:

  • Being aware of all contractual and commercial requirements, including applications for payments, programs, technical requirements, and health and safety requirements
  • Delivering projects to deadlines and within budget
  • Liaising with all stakeholders for the lifecycle of a project
  • Managing project delivery from conception through to completion
  • Monitoring and logging project spending, reporting potential issues to the contracts manager
  • Overseeing the design process, ensuring that the design meets the client's specifications while adhering to CDM regulations, using the most efficient manufacturing practices
