Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their market-leading acoustic engineering consultancy. The company has been operating for over 50 years and specialise in designing, manufacturing, and installing noise and vibration control equipment.
Requirements
- NVQ or degree in relevant subjects, SMSTS/IOSH training, and CSCS Manager Card
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in M&E/HVAC sectors is desirable
- Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight
- Full UK Driving Licence and Passport
Duties:
- Being aware of all contractual and commercial requirements, including applications for payments, programs, technical requirements, and health and safety requirements
- Delivering projects to deadlines and within budget
- Liaising with all stakeholders for the lifecycle of a project
- Managing project delivery from conception through to completion
- Monitoring and logging project spending, reporting potential issues to the contracts manager
- Overseeing the design process, ensuring that the design meets the client's specifications while adhering to CDM regulations, using the most efficient manufacturing practices
