A well-respected and well-established company based in St Albans are looking for a Receptionist and Office Manager to join their friendly and close-knit team.

What鈥檚 in it for you?

Key responsibilities:

路 First point of contact for incoming telephone calls, enquiries, visitors and deliveries

路 Administration duties: photocopying, e-mailing, scanning, filing, handling post in and out and dealing with the franking machine

路 Sending out purchase orders, timesheets and signage

路 Setting up meeting rooms and ordering/collecting refreshments when necessary

路 Annual leave administration: receiving requests, detailing clashes to line managers, confirming and logging once approved

路 Dealing with Properties Tenants

路 Fleet administration duties in the absence of the Fleet Manager

路 Assist office staff in the discharge of their duties where necessary

路 Arranging staff social events

路 General office management: Ordering through the purchasing department anything with low stock i.e. urn filters, printer toner and paper

路 Liaising with PHS, the office cleaner and BWT (office water supplier)

路 Weekly office walk arounds to ensure everything is stocked and tidy

路 Arrange all planned preventative maintenance for the building

路 Previous reception/office management experience

路 Excellent telephone manner

路 Strong communication skills

路 Collaborative/team player

路 Good attention to detail

路 Self-motivated and willing to take on unexpected tasks

路 Proven organisational skills

路 Ability to generate trust, respect and confidence in the company

路 Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook
