Bookkeeper

Your new companyThis well established business in St Asaph is looking to recruit a bookkeeper for a 12 month contract .Your new roleYour duties and responsibilities will include- Review of purchase invoices against job ordersProcessing of purchase invoicesGeneration of purchase invoice payment runsVerification of supplier bank detailsReview of sales invoices against job ordersProcessing of sales invoicesProcessing of customer payments received in bankBank ReconciliationsPreparation of CIS/VAT returns using Xero softwareManagement of all required accruals and prepaymentsVerify that transactions are recorded are recorded timely and accuratelyWhat you'll need to succeedIn order to success you must have -

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Good Organisational Skills and Time Keeping
• Strong numerical and problem solving skills
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good System skills including Excel
