Job Description:
As a Commercial Assistant/Trainee, your career is all about managing the costs of a project. You will gain experience of Estimating, Material Buying, and Quantity Surveying. This will include preparing tender and contract documents, weighing up commercial risks, procuring a top-class supply chain and managing payments for completed work.

Duties:
- Provide support to senior members of the Commercial Team
- Assist in the production of contract documentation
- Visit projects to undertake measurement of work on site
- Take an active role in the assessment of both material and sub contractor quotations
- Assist in the verification of sub contract applications for payment
- Recognise the importance of relationships and build these across the business as well as with external partners
- Take personal responsibility for making things happen
- Take a role in finding solutions to overcome barriers
Desirable Skills And Experience:
To be considered for this Commercial Assistant/Trainee role you should have the following experience, skills, and attributes:

- Proficient in using all Microsoft packages
