- To manage relationships with solicitors, estate agents and other external consultants to ensure timely completions for the company’s property sales
- Managing Marketing activities & promotional materials
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Service at all times
- To assist in the forward planning and development of future sites
- Responsible for site/sales and project team liaison, plot release documentation and reviewing customer documentation.
- Building relationships with Clients and other parties
- to assist the sales Manager with the smooth running of every new property sold
- Can create & manage social media platform
- To manage the coins house sales database including updating customer interest and reservations, review reports and provide recommendations.
- Experience working within a sales/new build environment but not essential
- Understanding of property sales and estate agency processes
- Some marketing/Content creating for social media would be essential
- Educated to A level or equivalent Level 3 qualification
- A good problem solver with a positive attuide
- Administration experience and good organisation skills
- Own transport required
