- Managing data to ensure it is all up-to-date and that records are compliant
- Utilising various IT Data systems and internal databases to ensure accuracy of the data, which would then be used in bid submissions
- Creation of regular reports on the progress of the project relating to agreed timelines
- To assist with the identification of any missing data, and offer support in bid submission
- In conjunction with the Energy Lead use available tools, eg Google Streetmaps, to analyse and use data to model possible options for energy install and retrofit programmes of work
- Liaise with funding reps and colleagues to assist in the funding bid proposal
