? Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above? Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework? A genuine love for working with children? Previous experience in a nursery, early years setting or Primary school ? Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies? Awareness of health and safety practices in a childcare setting
