Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, personalized support to clients within their own homes.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support clients to maintain their independence and encourage participation in activities they enjoy.
  • Build trusting relationships through effective communication and empathetic care.
  • Follow care plans accurately and document care provided.
  • Promote safety and well-being, adhering to health and safety policies.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless support.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a consistent and reliable service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in healthcare or social care within the UK.
  • A full, clean UK driving license and your own vehicle is essential.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and long days on a rota system.
  • Compassionate, proactive, and able to adapt to different client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient and confident in managing challenging situations with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
