We are working with our client in the recruitment of Customer Service Representatives, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Do you have customer service experience, from a production or manufacturing back ground and looking for long term employment, then this job could be for you.
Excellent hourly rate from £12.56 per hour, plus excellent opportunity for a perm placement following 12 weeks.

Shift pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 08.30am to 17.00pm
- 1 hour hunch
- 37.5 hours per week
Pay :
- £12.56 per hour
- Paid weekly
Main Duties:
As part of the customer service team, your duties may include
Taking inbound customer calls
Resolving complaints
Ensuring the correct departments are notified
Clearly logging complaints and queries
- Must be IT literate
- Have clear and concise verbal communication
