Are you a commercially astute, qualified finance professional with a passion for driving business performance through insight and collaboration? We're seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our innovative and purpose-led organisation.

This is a high-impact, office-based role offering real breadth, autonomy, and the chance to shape financial strategy within a dynamic business focused on growth, sustainability, and community impact.

About the Role

Working closely with the Senior Director and senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering meaningful financial analysis, reporting and business advice that supports key commercial and operational decisions. You'll play a crucial part in driving performance, profitability and long-term planning across the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering incisive, clear management information to support commercial decision-making.

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and trading review processes.

  • Developing financial models for pricing, investment appraisals, acquisitions and capex projects.

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and financial control.

  • Presenting divisional results to the Group stakeholders from CEO to CFO with strategic commentary.

  • Ensuring financial reporting integrity and strong control frameworks are maintained.

What We're Looking For
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a senior finance business partnering role.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level.

  • Hands-on approach to financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting.

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.

  • Previous experience within a business-to-business, multi-site or professional service led organisation.
