THE JOB:
- Nighttime reception works at the Hotel.
- Late check-in and check-out of the guests.
- Assistance with additional requests and/or cooperation with other departments at the property.
- Payment processing and administrative duties.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. 1 year experience in a Customer Service role. Ideally within a Hotel or other Hospitality based role.
- Impeccable command of English – both written and oral
- Ability to adhere to the set standards onsite.
- Please note that due to the location of the property you MUST have own means of transport.
