Receptionist

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our client based in Stone, Staffordshire.

This is a temp to perm role for the right candidates.

Duties will include:-

- Answering telephones and appropriately directing the calls.

- Dealing with high volumes of incoming and outgoing post.

- Booking couriers and other postal services.

- Meeting and greeting visitors in a polite and professional manner, setting up meeting rooms, ensuring visitors sign in and out and arranging refreshments.

- Management and booking of meeting rooms.

- Ordering weekly stationery.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.

£11.44 per hour.

Immediate start.
