To lead a high-performing bar team, delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
1. Maintain High-Quality Service: Ensure that all bar staff consistently deliver excellent customer service by providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
2. Enhance Beverage Quality: Monitor drink preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality across all beverages served and that all shelves, fridges and bar contents are properly stocked.
3. Manage Bar Staff: Assign duties to staff on shift as required and provide ongoing feedback to foster a motivated and efficient team.
4. Ensure Compliance: Enforce all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a safe and legal operating environment.
5. Resolve Customer Issues: Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. Always reporting any issues that have arisen to the Assistant Manager or General Manager
6. Maintain Cleanliness and Organisation: Monitor cleanliness standards, organisation, and maintenance of the bar area to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment for both staff and customers.
7. Collaborate with Management: Communicate regularly with Assistant Manager, General Manager and Catering Manager to share feedback, and contribute to overall business goals.
