Qualified Social Worker - Freedom to Work Flexibly - LAC Team - West Midlands

Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for more freedom and flexibility in your role? Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client is seeking a dedicated QSW to join their Looked after Children (LAC) Team. With an agile working policy, you will have designated days at home, giving you more control over your work-life balance.

Contract type: Interim/Rolling (Will be renewed every 3 - 6 months and we have had agency worker's in the team for 2 years+ before)

Rate: £33.30/Hourly x 37 hours per week

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive support to looked after children which ensures the realisation of their full potential, in line with their care plan and required outcomes.

- Conduct visits to children in and out of the local authority area, ensuring that visits meet the statutory requirements.

- Arrange and attend LAC reviews for children under your care.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a LAC team.

- Registered with Social Work England.

- Able to drive a car and have full access to this.
