My client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support and customer service. This role is crucial in processing casework from initial inquiry to ongoing maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to the business objectives.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Coordinate visit arrangements to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with timely visit confirmations and accurate quotes.
  • Organise and book travel arrangements for technical staff and sub-contractors.
  • Progress casework efficiently, following company processes and policies.
  • Maintain and update databases with high attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly to both internal and external inquiries.
  • Perform general administration tasks to support the organisation’s operations.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to facilitate cross-functional support.
  • Assist in organising meetings, enhancing team communication and project management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, demonstrating good IT skills.

Benefits:

Starting salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday role - 37.5 hours a week, with a hybrid model.
