Our client, a leading organization in the accreditation sector, is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Services Representative. The Role: As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and logistics support to the accreditation sections for defined customers and assessment managers. Your responsibilities will include coordination and booking of assessment visits, liaison between customers, assessment managers, and contracted assessors & experts, processing of pre and post-visit documentation, as well as handling hotel and travel bookings. You will serve as a point of contact for customers and external enquirers, ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered at all times. Additionally, you will actively monitor and resolve key processes associated with the accreditation cycle, collaborate with relevant parties to resolve overdue items, and maintain accurate internal records and databases.

About You: The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in administration or customer service roles is desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential.
