The company are a busy, friendly and well respected Beauty Salon and Laser & Aesthetics Clinic based in the centre of Stamford. They have been established since 2006 and as part of their exciting plans for 2023 are looking to grow the team.

They have grown to become one of the largest Clinics in the East Midlands specialising alongside their Beauty Salon in non-invasive Skin, Body & Laser treatments with some of the biggest equipment and skincare brands in the sector.

The Role

This opportunity would suit a Level 3 qualified individual who wants to grow their expertise and experience in the sector and is competent with at least 1-2 years’ experience since qualifying and looking for further development and growth in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide great customer experience for all clients
• Provide treatments to perfection
• Maintain customer relationships and re-book rates
• Contribute to the team by providing a stimulating and supportive environment
• Maintaining allocated area in Salon/Clinic
• Handle customer enquiries and provide advice as required

Skills and Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty qualified – 1-2 years (required)
• Demonstrable experience of great customer experience and retaining clients
• Highly organised and motivated
• A genuine passion for the sector
• Tenacious, flexible and hard working
• Cool, calm & collected in a crisis
• Customer focused and driven
