Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location: Stanford-le-Hope
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm 4 days a week (Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday)
The role…
As the Customer Support Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:
- Manage customer stock sheets.
- Create Customers inbound arrivals and ensure all stock is booked.
- Manage review and customer PO's.
- Review/Reconcile the work order.
- Book transport with designated hauliers each day.
- Manage allocation of Raw materials.
- Set up work orders.
The experience required…
As a successful Customer Support Assistant you will have the following:
- Experience within a similar role previously.
- Professional telephone manner with experience handling customer enquiries.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills with ability to pick up systems quickly.
