Stores Manager

This is a superb opportunity for Stores Manager to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Stores Operative to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role
- Provide guidance and coaching for stakeholders on Inventory practices.
- Monitor all new suppliers.
- Allocation of parts/jobs and control minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Control orders via bespoke database .
- Control and monitor all parts issued.
- Control all tools and equipment in and out of stores.
- Record all damaged tools and equipment via complaints database.
- Build and maintain effective relations with other departments.
- Document and control 6 month and 12 month stock takes.
- Control Coshh data sheets.
- Attend regular meetings.
- Communicate to all departments on time lines on orders to ensure any anomalies are dealt with.
- Maintain standards of the store team through effective training and performance monitoring.
The Person
- 2 years experience in management role.
- Hold a full UK Driving license (desirable).
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving.
- Competency in IT.
- The capability to deal with a variety of works.
- Organised.
- Always demonstrate a customer focused and professional attitude.
