Your responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, managing notices, addressing deposit retention & reduction, and promptly resolving maintenance issues.Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties.
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work.
  • Manage tenancy agreements, including negotiation and enforcement.
  • Collect rent payments and maintain financial records.
  • Stay updated on property legislation, regulations, and market trends.
  • Prepare reports on financial performance and occupancy rates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.

Skills & Attributes

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in Property/Block Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting property inspections.
  • Proficient in managing notices and handling deposit processes.
  • Ability to promptly address and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Strong collaborative skills, comfortable working within a dynamic team environment.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Customer service-oriented with a meticulous approach to procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic about learning Property Management Legislation.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License.

Hours of Work

  • Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am - 5pm
