Role: Rental Sales Agent
Location: Stansted Airport
Payrate: £12.00ph
Shifts: 4 on 2 off (2 earlies, 2 lates, 2 off)
Shift times: 06:00am – 15:00pm & 15:00pm – 24:00pm

Logic 360 is currently collaborating with an industry leading car rental company based at Stansted Airport. Their core focus is to deliver a first-class service and they are now seeking experienced customer service and sales-based personnel to help them on their journey. Therefore, we are looking to speak with target driven individuals who have a can-do attitude and enjoy going the extra mile for their customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Face to face customer service throughout the car rental process
- Upselling additional products to the customers
- Preparing and completely relevant paper work for rentals
- Check and assess vehicle condition before it leaves site
- General admin duties
Requirements
- Possess a full UK manual driver's license (Minimum 3 years experience)
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Comfortable using various computer systems
- Must be able to commit to the shift pattern and shift times
- Prior experience in car rental is an advantage
- Training will be provided.
Key Skills Needed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft etc
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adeptly manage challenging situations.
Flexibility with your working availability is required. You will be allocated a 4 on 2 off roster which will contain a mixture of early and late shifts as per the above timings.
You must be able to work any day of the week (Including weekends) and do both early and late shifts.
