Our client near to Stansted Airport is currently seeking a on-site Plant Equipment Fitter / Support Person with experienced of on-site Plant Fitting to join their expanding fitter team The main responsibilities of the Plant Fitter role will include:
- Routine service maintenance on-site of Heavy plant machinery -ie Excavators, Dump Trucks, Dozers, Loading Shovels etc.
- Repairs as necessary to ensure the equipment is fit for purpose within a Stansted located workshop .
- Fault Finding & Inspections
- Trouble shooting and attending VOR situations .
The client is prepared to offer the Mobile Plant Fitter ( some VOR call out work ie driving licence required )
- A competitive rate /salary (with excellent overtime rates for additional weekend work )
- Company Van in due course .

The successful mechanical orientated candidate will have;
- A professionally recognised qualification in Plant maintenance and repair
- Or alternatively equivalent Time served job history to above qualification .
- A full UK Driving licence ( some VOR field break down support work is expected)
