We are supporting a company based in Stansted with recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative, working shift patterns. This is a full time, permanent opportunity paying a salary of £24,000.00. The hours are four days on, four days off, working twelve hours per day with a mixture of earlies and lates. Due to the nature of the business, you must hold a UK full clean driving licence and have flexibility around your hours and days of work.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors and staff in a professional and attentive manner
- Serving refreshments to staff, providing a VIP service at all times
- Preparation and planning for the following day
- Dealing with petty cash ensuring it is balanced correctly
- Ensuring your area is maintained to a VIP standard at all times
- Completion of shift reports and handovers to ensure information is communicated between shifts
- Provide a seamless and high end luxury visit at all times
