We are for looking someone with broad knowledge but not specialist in App support and infrastructure. SC clearance is essential for this role.
The Support Engineer will:
- Provide extensive end user support for Mechanical Design application for over 3000+ users.
- Be responsible for delivering support across 3 UK sites - Stevenage, Bolton, and Filton.
- Assist in the definition of best practice and processes associated with Mechanical Design applications.
COMPETENCIES:
- Good knowledge of application/s support

- Confidently be able to present complex subjects to different target audiences.

- 1st/2nd level operations experience with Application support team or service desk
