Customer Service Representative Location: Hertfordshire, EnglandSalary: £27,000 per annum Here at Goodman Masson, we're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join a financial services business based in Hertfordshire. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering market-leading service excellence to our customers and advisors. What You'll Do:Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of end-to-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate company records to meet legislative and customer needs.
  • Developing and maintaining technical product knowledge to support colleagues and achieve department objectives.
  • Handling incoming telephone enquiries across our product range, documenting resolutions accurately and effectively.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with advisers and other business areas.
  • Investigating and resolving complaints and queries, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the team, reviewing procedures and enhancing service standards.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diligent and conscientious, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  • A proactive "can do" attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work under pressure.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Office.
  • Minimum of 5 A*-C GCSEs, including English and Maths (essential).
