Job Description:

As a Teaching Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' educational and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Providing individual or group support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Supporting students with special educational needs to ensure they receive the appropriate care and guidance.
  • Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable, particularly for SEN roles.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine interest in supporting the educational and personal development of students.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in different schools across Hertfordshire.
  • DBS Check: Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one through TimePlan Education.
