Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Our client is a leading cleaning company known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. At Randstad we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join their team to ensure that the facilities they look after maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
As a Cleaning Supervisor you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment. You will oversee a team of cleaning staff and coordinate all cleaning activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Maintain and monitor cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations and order supplies as needed.
- Manage the cleaning budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for the team and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
