Global organisation with an outstanding employer reputation has an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join their highly driven and successful team. The role will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration, undertaking specific HR projects and provide diary management to HR Managers and teams.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a HR administration role within a large corporate setting, collaborating directly with a HR team.

HR Administrator - Job Overview

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
  • Manage and maintain the HR system, and provide guidance on use of the tool
  • Upload, maintain and electronically file documents
  • Contribute towards process improvement in relation to HR administration
  • Provide advice or guidance, managing customer expectations for effective resolution
  • Manage diary and travel for HR Leaders and organise meetings and events for the wider HR team
  • Act as note taker in meetings as required
  • Handle HR issues as required, including investigating records, files and databases to reach resolution
  • Undertake specific HR project work
  • Support HR teams utilize HR related data

HR Administrator - Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a HR administration role, within a large corporate setting
  • Advanced level skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR systems (Workday desirable)
  • CIPD qualification advantageous
  • Highly organised, experienced and proactive
  • Prioritization skills and experience managing high volumes of work
  • Experience in process improvement
