They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting their blue-collar employees and ensuring the smooth running of their HR functions. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, managing employee relations issues, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
