    • Several years of skilled experience in a related field.
    • IPC 610 certification/training is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Certify products in accordance with established certification procedures.
  • Examine assemblies and finishes to detect faults, damage, or deterioration.
  • Conduct intermediate inspections and monitor product certification operators.
  • Complete and verify all manufacturing data pack paperwork.
  • Segregate defective items and maintain detailed defect reports.
  • Produce quality control documentation and history sheets.
  • Utilise and maintain specialised inspection tools.
  • Maintain product certification and approval through regular audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all manufacturing process procedures.
  • Meet inspection deadlines while upholding superior workmanship standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain a safe, tidy work environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 or HNC).
  • Several years of skilled experience in a related field.
  • IPC 610 certification/training is preferred.
