Do you have experience working as a Quality Inspector within a precision manufacturing environment? I want to talk to you! I am looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join a leading Aerospace corporation. You will be responsible for the monitoring, testing and inspection of products to ensure they meet specified standards. This position will play a crucial role within the Quality Team!   • Monitor, test, and inspect products to ensure they meet specified standards, are free of flaws, and function as designed.
  • May work in laboratory settings running tests and duplicating real-world conditions, using tools such as micrometres, callipers, gauges, voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and electronic inspection equipment to aid in quality inspections and assessments.
  • Participate in root cause and corrective action (RCCA) activities such as A3 and 8D’s.
  • Create and Complete paperwork such as Process Maps, PPAP, Control Plans and FMEAs.
Quality Inspector  Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience inspecting a number of components/products with a range of dimensional measurement tools, such as micrometres, callipers, gauges, voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and electronic inspection equipment
  • Well-versed working within a high-precision/highly regulated environment, inspecting precision components
  • The ideal candidate will be a quality inspector who has supported other quality-based activities such as FAIRS, root-cause analysis, PPAP’s, FMEA’s, control plans etc
