Title: Project Manager with Oracle Implementation experience

Salary: Up to 75,000, + bonus + car allowance, depending on experience

Brief Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in managing Oracle projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of Oracle-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Oracle technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Cloud-related projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Have completed a minimum of 2 large Oracle Implementation projects previously.
- Be the subject matter expect of oracle for inhouse projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
