As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology system and we are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Luton will include:

Proactively developing new and existing industrial business by identifying and establishing client relationshipsBusiness to business outbound sales calls and working to targetsTravelling to visit clients for meetings in the Stevenage area so ideally you will be a driver and have access to your own carSourcing and recruiting staff for your temporary catering bookingsworking hybrid out of our Luton branch after trainingBuilding relationships with your clients and candidatesManaging existing Accounts and relationshipsService management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systemsBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
